Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 medium onion
    1 bell pepper
    1 can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes, drained
    3 c. juice and water
    Creole season
    garlic powder
    1 1/2 c. Uncle Ben's original rice
Preparation
    Cut sausage into quarters.
    Brown sausage.
    Drain grease in skillet with butter.
    Brown bell pepper and onion (cut up small). Drain juice from Ro-Tel tomatoes.
    Add enough water with juice to make 3 cups.
    Add all ingredients.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add seasoning to taste before boiling, then add rice.
    Bring to boil again.
    Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Let sit for 5 minutes.
