Mom'S Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 pack saltine crackers, crushed
    6 to 8 pork chops (thick)
    3/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Roll meat in egg-milk mixture, then in crackers.
    Place in iron skillet and fry medium-low heat until brown.
    Drain on paper towels.
