Cheddar Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated sharp Cheddar
    2 peeled green chilies, diced
    1/2 pimiento, diced
    Tabasco
    1/2 c. soft butter or margarine
    4 Tbsp. cognac
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; blend thoroughly.
    Thin with a small amount of cream if necessary.
    Shape into a ball.
    Roll in toasted nuts or parsley.
    Chill.
    Great for holidays and parties.
