Baked Fish With Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fish fillets
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. dry breadcrumbs
    paprika
    parsley
Preparation
    Cut fish in serving pieces.
    Pat dry.
    Cook onion in margarine for 3 minutes.
    Place fish in 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish. Spread onion over top.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Mix sour cream and cheese.
    Spread over fish.
    Sprinkle crumbs over top. Bake uncovered 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Sprinkle with chopped parsley and paprika before serving.
    Serves 4 to 6.
