Easter Morning Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk Bob Evans sausage
    6 eggs, beaten
    2 c. milk
    6 slices bread, cubed
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. Velveeta cheese, cut in small cubes
Preparation
    Brown the sausage; drain.
    Add the other ingredients.
    Bake in an 8 x 12-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    This may be mixed and put in the refrigerator overnight if using for breakfast. Serves 6.
