Not So Sour Kraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can sauerkraut
    1 c. red wine vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Drain sauerkraut.
    Mix red wine vinegar and sugar in saucepan; bring to a boil.
    Mix chopped vegetables.
    Pour boiling liquid over vegetables and toss.
    Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
