Steak Oriental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cubed or tenderized beef cubes
    3 medium carrots, sliced
    1 small green pepper, cut in 3/4-inch pieces
    1 small onion, sliced thin
    1/2 (12 oz.) jar (2/3 c.) mushroom gravy
    2 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
Preparation
    Cut meat into small pieces; brown.
    Add carrots, green pepper and onion.
    In 2-cup measuring pitcher, combine mushroom gravy and teriyaki sauce; pour over vegetables.
    Cook on High for 10 to 12 minutes or until vegies are somewhat tender.
