Walleye Pike Izaty'S Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    2 c. flour
    1/4 c. cornmeal
    1 1/2 tsp. paprika
    dash of salt
    8 oz. fish fillets
    vegetable shortening
Preparation
    Divide flour into 1 cup portions in 2 separate pans.
    Into 1 portion, mix cornmeal, paprika and salt.
    Set both pans aside.
    In another shallow bowl, beat eggs and add milk.
    One at a time, dip fillets into pan of plain flour, then into egg mixture, again into plain flour and then in cornmeal mixture.
    Fry in heated shortening until brown.
