Cottage Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. diced potatoes
    1 slice bread crumbs
    2 tsp. salt
    1 small onion, diced
    2 c. milk
    1/2 lb. shredded Velveeta cheese
    1 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Mix together and bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
