Porcupines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can tomato juice
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. rice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine ground chuck, rice, salt and pepper in bowl and mix well.
    Roll meat mixture into small balls.
    Pour tomato juice into large boiler; bring to boil.
    Add meat balls and cook on low heat until rice is done.
    Stir frequently; serve with crackers.
