Green Creole Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. green pepper, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
2 c. tomatoes, diced
2 c. green beans, cut
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Saute in olive oil the onion, pepper and celery for 3 minutes. Mix in tomatoes and beans.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Cook until vegetables are heated through.
