Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. cooked medium grain white rice
    1 packet fried rice seasoning
    1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
    1 c. meat, diced into cubes
    3 to 4 bunches green onion, diced
    soy sauce
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package.
    In a large skillet, add rice, vegetables, meat, seasoning and green onion.
    Move the whole rice mixture over to the side.
    Pour in eggs.
    Cook the eggs.
    As they begin to cook, stir them into the mixture.
    Add soy sauce until the color of
    the rice is a slight golden brown.
    Fry the rice mixture; add salt and pepper to taste.
