Acorn Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 acorn squash
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Cut squash in half and scoop out seeds.
    Turn squash upside down on oiled baking pan.
    Bake in oven at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes (or longer if larger squash).
    Turn upwards and place 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of
    brown sugar in each half.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes more, or until done.
    Serves 2.
