Noodle Kugel(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide noodles
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    8 oz. light Breakstone sour cream
    8 oz. low-fat cottage cheese
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook noodles; rinse and drain according to package instructions.
    Melt margarine, then combine it with sugar, eggs and vanilla in blender.
    Add sour cream and cottage cheese to cooked noodles.
    Add mixture from blender; stir well.
    Pour into greased 9-inch square baking dish.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for approximately 1 hour.
    Serves 6 or more.
