Tuna Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans tuna
    1 1/2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 1/2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, diced very small
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/4 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    salt and white pepper to taste
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese, crumble tuna and mix together.
    Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
    Mound on plate and garnish with parsley; serve with crackers.
