Shrimp Scampi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh large jumbo shrimp
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    6 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 tsp. grated lemon zest
    3 c. cooked white rice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Clean and peel shrimp.
    Run shrimp under cold water and then place on paper towels to dry thoroughly. Pat dry.
