Crabmeat Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crabmeat
    2 cloves garlic
    1 stick butter
    1/2 bunch onions
    1 bell pepper
    1 Tbsp. Wondra flour
    1 c. Pet milk
    6 sprigs parsley, chopped
    1 c. bread crumbs
    4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Saute garlic in butter; add pepper and onions.
    Add flour, milk and parsley.
    Add crabmeat and bread crumbs.
    Season as you like.
    Sprinkle cheese.
    Put in buttered casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
