Party Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 2 to 3 hours
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
1 Tbsp. dehydrated onion, minced
1 tsp. All-Season salt
pecans, chopped
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except pecans.
Shape into balls. Roll in pecans.
Makes 2 medium size balls.
Wrap in foil and freeze.
Thaw 3 to 4 hours.
