Hot Water Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. hot (not boiling) water
    3 c. corn meal
    salt to taste (just a pinch)
Preparation
    Heat water in a small saucepan.
    Put 3 cups of corn meal in large bowl and after water is very hot, pour in bowl.
    Mix.
    Take handfuls of mixture and form under stream of cold water.
    Use a teaspoon for putting oil in skillet.
    Fry until golden brown. Enjoy!
