Cheddar Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped carrot
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    5 Tbsp. flour
    2 cans chicken broth (14 oz.)
    3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. or more milk
Preparation
    Saute the onion, carrot, celery and green pepper in the butter for 10 minutes.
    Stir in the flour; cook for 1 minute.
    Add the chicken broth.
    Bring to boil, stirring constantly.
    Stir in the grated cheese; cook until cheese melts.
    Add the milk.
    Season to taste.
