Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. sharp cheese
6 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tsp. Worcestershire
2 tsp. grated onion
garlic, finely minced
pecans, chopped
Preparation

Grate
the
cheese
and
combine
with
softened
cream cheese,
preferably
in electric mixer.
If too stiff to blend well,
add
a
little
cream
or
milk.
Add
grated onion and Worcestershire and a little finely minced garlic; mix well and allow
to stand in refrigerator for several hours.
Shape into balls
(this recipe will make 2 large balls or 3 medium balls) and roll in chopped pecans.
Chill again and serve with crisp crackers.
