Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt (may be omitted)
    2 tsp. cocoa
    1 (2 oz.) bottle red food color
Preparation
    Cream oil and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Add vinegar (sift together flour, baking soda, salt and cocoa).
    Add alternately with milk.
    Add food color.
    Divide among 4 (9-inch) layer cake pans.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until brown and cake's spring from sides.
