Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. crushed graham crackers
2/3 c. melted butter
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. softened margarine
2 eggs
2 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 bananas
Preparation

Mix graham crackers and melted margarine.
Press in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Beat butter, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
Beat until firm.
Spread over graham crackers.
Peel and slice bananas, dip in drained pineapple juice and place on butter-egg mixture.
Put pineapple over bananas.
Top with Cool Whip, walnuts and maraschino cherries.
Refrigerate.
Dribble chocolate on top. Serves 15.
