Taco Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 can green chilies, chopped
    1 1/4 c. milk
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. Bisquick
    1 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar or Monterey Jack or mixture of both)
    2 tomatoes, sliced
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Brown ground beef in a skillet; drain and set aside.
    Saute onion until brown.
    Combine ground beef, onion, taco seasoning and salt and place in a casserole dish.
    Top with green chilies.
    Beat milk, eggs and Bisquick together for 15 seconds at high speed with an electric mixer or beat for 1 minute by hand.
    Pour mixture over green chilies and bake for 20 minutes; remove from oven and top with tomatoes and cheese.
    Bake for an additional 10 minutes; remove and let cool for 5 minutes.
    Slice and serve with usual taco dressing:
    sour cream, lettuce (shredded), cheese (shredded) and salsa.
    Serves 6 to 8.
