Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter beans
1 c. corn
1 (15 oz.) can tomatoes
1 lb. hamburger meat
1/2 head cabbage
1 to 2 c. uncooked okra
bacon, ham bone or pork chop (to season)
Preparation

Brown hamburger meat and drain well.
If using whole tomatoes, cut into small pieces.
Put all ingredients into large pot.
Add salt and pepper to taste along with seasoning meat.
Cook approximately 30 to 45 minutes on low to medium heat.
One can add or delete any amount or vegetable to your preference.
Double for larger servings.
