Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. Mazola oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
juice from whole orange
4 to 5 apples
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 Tbsp. sugar

Preparation

Beat oil, sugar and 1 egg at a time.
Add flour and orange juice.
Beat well.
Mix and let stand. Put batter and apples in layers ending with batter.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
