Glazed Pineapple Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Adolph's marinade in minutes (garlic Dijon flavor)
2/3 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 chicken (about 3 lb.), cut up
1 (8 oz.) can sliced pineapple, drained
Preparation

Preheat grill or broiler.
In a large sealable plastic bag, thoroughly combine marinade.
Mix with pineapple juice, soy sauce and brown sugar.
Add chicken parts and coat thoroughly with marinade.
Seal bag.
Marinate 15 minutes.
Grill or broil chicken 5 to 6 inches from heat for 15 to 18 minutes per side or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Baste occasionally with remaining marinade.
Serve chicken garnished with sliced pineapple.
