Pan Eclair - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. water
    1 c. flour
    4 eggs
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    2 boxes instant French vanilla pudding
    2 c. milk
    Cool Whip
Preparation
    Melt margarine in water.
    Add flour while on heat.
    Take off heat and add eggs, one at a time, beating after each egg.
    Spread in slightly greased baking dish (11 x 14-inch).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    It will be bubbly.
    Poke down with a fork.
    Let cool.
    Mix cream cheese, pudding and milk.
    Spread over crust. Refrigerate until firm.
    Top with Cool Whip.
    Drizzle with chocolate syrup or nuts.
