Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potato
1/2 stick margarine, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Combine all ingredients. Pour into an 8 x 11 casserole dish that has been sprayed with Pam.
