Pineapple Millionaire Pie(Makes 2 Pies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. powdered sugar
1 large egg
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 stick oleo, softened
1/4 tsp. salt
2 baked pie crusts
1 c. drained crushed pineapple

Preparation

Cream powdered sugar and oleo.
Add egg, salt and vanilla. Mix until light and fluffy.
Spoon mixture evenly into crusts. Chill and whip cream until stiff.
Stir in pineapple and nuts. Spoon on top of pies and chill thoroughly.
