Venison Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 roast (any kind may be substituted)
Preparation
    Take roast and put strips of bacon across top of it to keep moisture in.
    Cook slowly at 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 until tender.
    If more gravy is desired, use 2 cans of mushroom soup.
