Bread Pudding(Lo-Cal) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf (6 to 8 c.) stale French bread (dry for 2 days)
    4 c. milk
    6 Tbsp. Equal or NutraSweet, or to taste
    3/4 c. egg substitute
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. raisins
    1/4 c. chopped pecans (optional)
    4 Tbsp. reduced calorie margarine, melted
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; mix just until bread is moistened. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with Pam or the like.
    Place in a nonpreheated oven.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Serve alone or with fat-free ice cream or frozen yogurt.
    Serves about 10 to 12.
