Red Beet Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
3 small jars baby food beets
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 oz. Baker's chocolate, melted

Preparation

Beat eggs and sugar until light.
Add oil, beets, melted chocolate and vanilla.
Beat on low speed.
Sift flour, soda and salt.
Add to creamed mixture.
