Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 yeast rolls
    2 c. milk
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 stick butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 can crushed pineapple or 1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Tear rolls into small pieces and soak in milk for approximately 30 minutes.
    Beat eggs and fold into rolls and milk. Melt butter in a 9 x 12-inch glass baking dish.
    Pour in bread mixture.
    Add sugar, nutmeg and vanilla.
    Mix in pineapple or raisins.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until firm.
    Serve warm or cold.
    Serves 12.
