Snappy Golden Cream Of Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. water
1 onion, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
1 1/2 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
2 chicken bouillon cubes
salt, pepper and Accent to taste
8 c. cubed and cooked potatoes
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 can nacho cheese soup
3 c. milk
Preparation

Combine first 8 ingredients in large pot. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Use potato masher to mash potatoes to small lumps. Add potatoes, both soups and milk. Blend well. Cook over medium heat 10 minutes. Add more milk if too thick.
