Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    3/4 to 1 c. sugar
    4 c. sliced apples
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. flour
    pinch of salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Butter baking dish.
    Measure sugar, salt and flour into bowl; stir well.
    Add butter to dry mixture until you have crumbs. Slice the apples and put in baking dish.
    Sprinkle the lemon juice, then cinnamon over apples.
    Spread the flour mixture over apples.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
