Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    Italian bread crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
    ham, thinly sliced
    Swiss cheese, thinly sliced
    1 egg
    2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Wash and pound, with a kitchen mallet, the chicken breasts until nice and flat.
    Place on one chicken breast, 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of Swiss cheese.
    Roll and hold together with a toothpick.
    Dip in egg and roll in bread crumb mix.
    Fry in skillet until done on medium heat.
