Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 1/2 c. rice
    1 medium onion
    1 green pepper
    1 qt. tomatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Flour and fry pork chops.
    Debone and cut in half.
    Grease pan and leave a little standing.
    Cover bottom of pan with pork chops. Slice some onion and green pepper and spread over pork chops. Put rice over that.
    Pour tomatoes over that.
    Add salt for rice. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
