Pasta With Gorgonzola Sauce A La Luana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. your favorite pasta or tortellini, cooked and drained
    1/2 lb. butter
    4 to 6 oz. Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
    pepper to taste
    2 to 3 dashes nutmeg
Preparation
    Melt butter in double boiler over low heat.
    Add cheese and stir until melted and well blended.
    Add nutmeg and pepper.
    Pour over cooked pasta.
    Serves 4 to 6 as a main course and 6 to 8 as a first course.
