Fresh Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cooked vanilla pudding
    1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
    1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches
    1 banana, sliced
    1/2 lb. seedless white grapes
    1/2 pt. fresh strawberries
Preparation
    Drain each can of fruit separately, reserving 2/3 cup pineapple juice, 1/2 cup orange juice and 1/3 cup peach juice. Mix juices and pudding into a heavy sauce.
    Cook over a medium heat, stirring constantly.
    Bring mixture to a boil and cook until it is clear.
    Cool.
    Mix canned fruit with sauce.
    Refrigerate until ready to serve.
    Just before serving, add bananas, grapes and strawberries.
