Sausage And Fettuccine Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. lite smoked sausage, thinly sliced
    1/2 lb. fettuccine
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. onions, chopped
    1 1/2 c. assorted vegetables (peas, carrot sticks and zucchini slices are my choices)
    1 c. heavy cream
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Prepare fettuccine and drain.
    Melt butter in skillet. Add onions and vegetables.
    Cook until tender. Set aside. Brown sausage and drain. Combine sausage, vegetables and cream.
    Add cheese and parsley; simmer.
    Serve over fettuccine.
    Yields 6 servings.
