Nanny'S Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
rind and juice of lemon

Preparation

Mix sugar and butter together.
Add milk and egg yolks, then add lemon and juice.
Last you beat white of the eggs and fold in the mixture.
Bake in unbaked pie crust until knife comes out clean.
