Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag broccoli
    1 1/2 c. water
    4 bouillon cubes
    1 stick oleo
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 c. water
    salt
    pepper
    cornstarch
    cheese (optional)
    croutons (optional)
Preparation
    Cook 1 bag of frozen broccoli in 1 1/2 cups water; dissolve 4 chicken bouillon cubes to make 1 1/2 cups chicken broth.
    Add 1 stick oleo; simmer 1/2 hour.
    Add 1 can evaporated milk; add 1 cup water.
    Season with salt and/or pepper.
    Thicken with cornstarch or flour.
    Add cheese or croutons before serving.
