Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream and chives
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Place slightly thawed hash browns in casserole.
    Mix soup and sour cream; pour over potatoes.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    (Add instant minced onions, Nature's Seasons and seasoned salt for a more flavorful casserole.)
