Ginger Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/4 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1/4 c. bottle teriyaki sauce
    1 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients.
    With a light touch, shape into about 3 dozen 1-inch balls.
    Place meatballs on a round microwave rack.
    Cover with paper towels.
    Cook on High 5 to 7 minutes or until just cooked through.
    Turn rack if meatballs appear to be cooking unevenly.
