Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 cups flour
    2 cups shortening (Crisco)
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg
    water (see instructions below)
Preparation
    Blend all dry ingredients.
    Break one egg in one measuring cup.
    Finish filling the cup with water.
    Mix well.
    (You may need to add a little more water.)
    Bake in 325 degree oven until brown. Makes 5-6 crusts.
    Keeps well in the refrigerator.
    Each pie serves 6.
