Fried Chicken Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    2 c. all purpose flour
    3 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
    3 c. oil
Preparation
    Mix milk and egg together in bowl.
    In a separate bowl mix flour, parsley flakes, salt, pepper and garlic salt.
    Cut chicken into 1-inch strips.
    Heat oil in skillet or use deep fryer.
    Cover chicken strips in milk and egg mixture.
    One strip at a time batter in flour mixture.
    Cook in oil for 5 to 6 minutes or until golden brown.
    Serve with favorite sauce.
