Dressing For Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg, well beaten
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Blend flour into sugar.
    Add water, butter, egg and vinegar. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Cool and use as needed over a desired combination of diced apples, celery, pecans, grapes, pineapple tidbits and marshmallows.
    Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
