Turkey Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. diced celery
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and shape into 4 to 6 patties.
    Melt 1 Tbsp. butter in skillet.
    Cook over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes on each side until well browned.
    Do not overcook.
    Serve on hamburger buns.
    Good with horseradish sauce.
