Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. warm water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/4 c. Crisco oil
    1 egg
    3 1/2 c. flour (approximately)
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, soak yeast in water for 5 minutes.
    Add salt, sugar, oil, egg and 2 cups flour.
    Beat 2 minutes.
    Add 1 1/2 cups flour; mix in with wooden spoon.
    Place dough on a floured pastry cloth.
    Knead until dough is elastic, approximately 8 minutes. Place in a greased bowl.
    Cover; let raise in warm spot until doubled, approximately 1 1/2 hours.
    Shape into rolls and put into 2 greased (9 or 10-inch) round pans.
    Raise 1 1/2 hours.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Yields 14 to 16 rolls.
